How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@vitaliabeautyshop.com.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
