Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. If you enter a shipping address at checkout and it shows that we do not deliver there, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Order Processing & Handling
- Order Cutoff Time: All orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time: Our handling and packaging process typically takes 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may require additional time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, orders shipped within the United States typically take 6 to 7 business days to arrive.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- Delayed packages: Please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery window. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us.
- Lost or missing packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer service team immediately.
- Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain the original packaging and take photos so our team can assist you with a replacement or refund.
